Delivery

Printed to order at the print house nearest your delivery address, then sent straight to you.

How long it takes

• Printing: 2–5 working days. Your piece is made after you order it, and every order is checked by hand first.
• UK and Europe: roughly a week in total.
• Further afield — South Africa, for example — allow longer; the estimate is confirmed when your order is accepted.

These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates. If anything delays your order we email you, and you can always ask for an update.

What it costs

£5.99 standard delivery, calculated at checkout before you pay. We currently deliver to the United Kingdom and South Africa; other destinations can be arranged — email us first.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link when your parcel is dispatched. If tracking has not moved for several days, or your order has not arrived within the estimate plus a week, tell us and we will chase the printer and the carrier ourselves.

Customs and import charges

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom may attract import VAT, duty or a handling fee charged by the carrier on arrival. Those charges are yours and are not included in our prices. We cannot mark an order as a gift or understate its value.

Your address

Please check the address and size at checkout. We cannot replace an order delivered to an address entered incorrectly, and redelivery after a failed delivery may carry a further charge. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — if printing has not started we can still change it.

Orders containing more than one piece may arrive in separate parcels, and occasionally on different days, because the nearest print house ships each item as it is finished.
